The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds and Sofa Bed offered a decent amount of space for a family, which was a plus. The general location is quite convenient, with easy access to major roads and local attractions nearby.

However, cleanliness left much to be desired. dirty linens with hair all over and debris on the carpet made for a pretty disgusting experience. The couch was heavily damaged, making it barely usable for sleeping. A serious lack of hot water disrupted our morning routine, leading to barely warm showers for the whole family. The breakfast options were limited, which felt underwhelming, especially after a long day out. To top it off, the elevators sounded dangerously close to giving out. an unsettling experience during our stay.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We loved visiting the St Louis Zoo and exploring the City Museum. The hotel was comfortable and clean, making our stay enjoyable. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help us with questions. Definitely recommend this place for a group getaway.
